Meet Shreya
As a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada, I bring extensive training and diverse experience to my practice. I completed my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth University in Gujarat, India, where I had the opportunity to gain experience in various specialized areas, including neurology, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiovascular health, pediatrics, and gynecology, treating both inpatient and outpatient populations. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, sharpening my skills in managing acute and chronic conditions and also assisting patients through pre- and post-surgical recovery. In addition to my clinical expertise, I spent two years working in a medical gym in India, focusing on sports rehabilitation, cardiovascular conditioning, and proactive health management for athletes and active individuals.

I enjoy working with patients of all ages, from children to seniors, Orthopedics, Neuropathy and am dedicated to developing personalized rehabilitation plans that address each person’s unique needs. My role as a Physiotherapist also provided me with valuable experience in exercise instruction and optimizing rehabilitation outcomes through proper movement patterns. I am committed to supporting patients through their recovery journey, helping them achieve their personal health and fitness goals with the utmost care and dedication
